SHADOW
YOGA
An energetic and progressive vinyasa style of yoga developed by
Shandor Remete. The
dynamic forms of this practice, based upon the ancient Hatha Yogic
texts, emphasize circular and spiraling movements found in traditional
south Indian dance, martial arts and classical yoga to bring about
profound changes in flexibility and firmness and cultivate awareness
of the rhythmic flow of the inner motions of the life force. All

BAPTISTE POWER VINYASA YOGA
A challenging and exhilarating style of
Power Yoga influenced developed by Baron
Baptiste. This creative Vinyasa style is a powerful
blend of Astanga, Bikram, and Iyengar methods of yoga. The power
and flow of the practice will leave you energized, uplifted and
thoroughly cleansed! This class is accessible and appropriate

FORREST YOGA
Developed by Ana
Forrest, The Forrest Yoga method gets you connecting
to your core - getting strong and centered. We use heat, deep
breathing and intelligent sequences to rinse out toxins and help
you flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell. Forrest Yoga honors
and celebrates the beauty of life and the power of Spirit. It
is an inspiring yoga workout that builds flexibility, intelligence

BEGINNER YOGA
Special emphasis on the fundamentals of yoga (specific alignment
for all the major poses in the sequence, proper breathing technique,
discussion of yoga philosophy). Flexibility is not a pre-requisite…
a flexible attitude is!

GENERAL INFO
Classes are open to all levels.
All classes are on a first come, first serve basis. No pre-registration
required.
Arrive
at least 10 minutes prior to start of class. We ask that you stay
until the end of class - leaving early is distracting to the teacher
and the other students.
Let the 'call' come from withing...
please turn off your cell phone before entering the studio.
Please remove shoes upon entering
the studio.
Practice Yoga on an empty stomach. It is best to wait three
hours after eating before practicing yoga.
Drink water up to one hour before
class. We recommend not drinking water during class in order to
maintain the internal heat. We also suggest waiting 1/2 hour after
class before drinking water and waiting one hour before eating.
Let the instructor know if you have any
injuries or if you are pregnant - they can work with you to offer
appropriate alternatives to the postures.
Remember, Yoga
is non-competitve - rest when you need to and work within your
body's abilities.
