SHADOW YOGA –
FULL PRACTICE FORMAT
The full practice format includes any one of the prelude forms
with the focus on the seed asanas and conclusive work.
Shandor Remete is the founder
of Shadow Yoga, he has been practicing yoga since the age
of six. Over the last four decades Shandor through his practice
and study, has been researching the common principles shared
between yoga, the martial arts and the Ayurvedic and Siddha
systems of medicine. His research has included an intensive
study of the application of Varma Kalai (Marma Sthana). Shadow
yoga runs courses and workshops in Europe, Russia, Israel,
Asia, the United States, New Zealand and Australia. Click

This is a general level course,
open to students with previous yoga experience.
Workshop Schedule:
Saturday July 16 through Friday July 22. Sessions begin at
7:00am and run until 9:30am. Please note that Shandor works
his groups progressively, it is required that all participants
attend the first day of class.

to reserve your space in the workshop. The remaining balance
is due May 15, 2005.
*Please note, tuition is
non-refundable after June 1, 2005. A 20% administration fee
will be assessed for any refunds prior to June 1st this includes
the deposit.
